Jim Moreland - Vice-President, MMFL

Jim brings 16 years of fast pitch softball experience to our tournament. With an acute attention to detail, Jim will insure all tournament detail will be presented in a professional manner. Coaches will be able to clearly monitor the progress of their teams throughout the tournament.

John's Masters Degree in Sports Administration will guarantee this tournament to be well organized and prepared to satisfy the expectations of all teams that enter.

This will be the 8th year both Jim and John have organized and run a major tournament together. The 2nd year for the GranSlam plus 6 years running our internal league tournament, 68 teams.
Tournament Details

Dates - June 27, 2008 through June 29, 2008 (Friday-Sunday) Teams must be available to play Friday, 6/27/08 at 8:00am.

Location - Kenosha, WI, only a couple miles north of the Illinois border. Specific field locations will be presented on-line here for your download when they are available.

Ages - 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U and 18U - Age eligibility as of 12/31 of the year prior to the tournament.

Insurance - Proof of insurance required on site.

Rules - This tournament will be played under compliance with ASA rules. 2 umpires per game will be used.

This tournament will be a Wisconsin ASA SCS event. However, teams from outside the state of Wisconsin are invited and welcome to participate. Some of the best teams in Wisconsin will be participating.

Format - 4 game guarantee with pool play to determine "A" and "B" brackets as well as seeding.
